Digital Citizen Advisors volunteer to provide input into the development of new or evolving digital services offered by the City of Toronto. Participants can engage in activities such as surveys, focus groups, interactive online consultations, and one-on-one interviews. Volunteers choose sessions that interest them and can participate as much or as little as they prefer. Most opportunities are conducted online.
